Vegan Bolognese

Is there someone out there who is not totally in love with spaghetti? Here is my recipe for a delicious vegan bolognese. Hope you like it!

Ingredients:
100-120gr spaghetti (or any other noodles)
60gr of cooked lentils (I used red ones)
different vegetables, as much as you like
bit of a simple tomato sauce

How to cook it:
1. Cook the noodles in enough water with a bit of salt
2. Fry the onions with a teaspoon of oil
3. Add the vegetables, cooked lentils and tomato sauce to it
4. Let it cook for around 8min (when the noodles are al dente)
5. You can spice it all up by adding curry, pepper and basil
